Five days before your current supply of Performance Greens with MSM runs out, our shipping department will automatically send your next order straight to your door. The Autoship Program saves you money because your prices are locked at your original Autoship price for a minimum of 12 months, All our products are sold at a discounted price when shipped through our Autoship Program.

Can I cancel my Autoship Program Membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership. We understand that things change, your health, finances, and nutritional programs. Since we have dropped our product prices so we could provide the consumer with the best deal possible we need to cover our costs so we can continue to bring you the best value online. You must call us toll free 1-866-5GREENS and cancel 15 days in advance of your last shipment. At this point one of our customer support representatives will take your request of cancellation over the phone. Your final payment will reflect our standard pricing structure rather than the Monthly Autoship Program's pricing.

Every month, our system will place an order for the products you have specified, charge your account for payment, and ship the products to you. NOTE: All products selected on an AutoShip order will be sent to you every month.

At any time, you can modify or cancel your AutoShip order. You can also "suspend" your AutoShip order for a period of 60 days, and the system will automatically pick it up again for you the following month. You will only be allowed to suspend twice annually with a maximum of 60 consecutive days.

The Healthy Essentials Return Policy

Attention: Prior to returning products you must call Healthy Essentials at 1-866-547-3367 and Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) in order to receive a Credit on your account. Merchandise must be returned UNOPENED and in RE-SALEABLE CONDITION and must not be more that 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Healthy Essentials strives to provide the best possible price and value with our products. Because of this a 15% restocking charge will be charged on all return items. By doing this we are able to continue to offer such values as Free Shipping and Low prices.

RMA'S ARE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 30 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not write the RMA number on any product containers. This makes it non-saleable and you will be charged for replacing the product. Display the RMA number on the shipping label. Merchandise returned without an RMA on the shipping label will be refused. Merchandise is to be returned freight prepaid.

All sales are final on special order items.
